With over two decades of extensive experience in data analytics and business intelligence, including a significant tenure leading data and AI initiatives at a Fortune 500 tech company, Tariq Alam brings unparalleled strategic vision and hands-on leadership to ApplyDataAI. Tariq’s expertise spans the entire data lifecycle, from designing enterprise-scale data pipelines and robust analytics platforms to developing sophisticated semantic models and guiding high-level, data-driven decision-making. He has a proven track record of success in implementing cutting-edge solutions on leading platforms, including:

– Google BigQuery: Managing petabyte-scale data environments, handling billions of rows, and ensuring high-volume daily data ingests.

– Microsoft Fabric: Developing integrated data lakehouses, data warehouses, and comprehensive data engineering pipelines.

– Other Key Technologies: Snowflake, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MinIO, Apache Iceberg, Apache Airflow, Apache Superset, Airbyte, dbt, ClickHouse, n8n AI Workflow Automation, and AI Agents Building.

Mohammed Shahidul Islam: Business Development Lead

Shahid brings over 25 years of extensive engineering and project management experience, successfully leading complex projects across mission-critical sectors including data centers, petrochemicals, oil & gas, utilities, and the electric power sector. With an MBA, a background in Electrical Engineering, and certifications including P.Eng, PMP, and PMI-RMP, Shahid combines deep technical project execution knowledge with strategic business acumen. His expertise in project execution, procurement, contract management, risk management, and stakeholder coordination is invaluable in understanding client needs, structuring engagements, and ensuring successful delivery of data and AI projects. As Business Development Lead, Shahid ensures our services translate into tangible business value and successful partnerships for our clients.

Sanjir Salsabil: Technical Expert

Sanjir is our technical powerhouse, an expert in Machine Learning, Data Science, Business Analytics, and Data Engineering with over 5 years of industry experience. He is adept at processing complex datasets, developing advanced AI models, and implementing sophisticated data solutions. Sanjir holds a Master’s degree in Data Science & Big Data Analytics from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a major in AI and computational Intelligence. He is recognized through certifications such as Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate and Azure Data Engineer and is currently pursuing the Fabric Analyst (DP 600) certification. His experience ranges from developing multimodal Retrieval Augmented Generation Architecture at Minerva Analytics Inc. to managing Master Data, Data Governance, and AI-driven Metadata Tagging at the Bank of Montreal, and his current work as a Machine Learning Engineer focusing on fine-tuning LLMs for content moderation at Areto Labs. Sanjir drives our technical innovation and ensures our analytical and AI solutions are built on cutting-edge methodologies.
